Guide the minority college students to set up the occupation value of realization of both personal achievementsand social development in the choice of occupation. Setting the students of Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational College as the sample,analyze the difference of occupation values between Han and Minority students to find out the reasons influencing the selectionof occupation and the effect of occupation values on the selection of occupation in Minority students. Play the positive effect ofoccupation values on the selection of occupation in Minority students, recommend the measures and suggestions to alleviate theemployment pressure and employment difficulties of the Minority students.
