基于光谱学和Beer-Lambert定律,提出了一种评估光引发剂量子效率的新模型和方法,并给出了有关的理论分析.研究通过增加曝光厚度的方法,测定了光引发剂1173(HMPP)曝光过程中的吸收光谱,根据吸收光谱的特征峰值随曝光时间的变化速率与评估模型,获得相应的量子效率.研究结果表明:光引发剂1173在247nm和285nm处存在两个吸收峰;主吸收峰(247nm)的量子效率为0.278%;实验结果与理论分析一致.
Based on the spectroscopic analysis and the Beer-Lambert law,a novel evaluation model for quantum efficiency of photoinitiators is set up,and relevant theoretic analysis is provided.The absorption spectrum of photoinitiator 1 173 (HMPP) is mensurated during the exposure process by increasing the exposure thickness.By measuring the change rate of characteristic peak height against the exposure times,the quantum efficiency is calculated according to the evaluation model.The results show that the photoinitiator 1 173 has two absorption peaks at 247 nm and 285 nm,and the quantum efficiency is about 0.278% at the main absorption peak (247 nm).The experimental data can meet preferably to the theoretical analysis.
