The mobile terminal needs to cognize and access to any kind of RAT by adding programmable and configurable modules without enlarging the size, the power-consuming and the cost; The terminal equipment needs to converge with outside I/O equipments through external interfaces to provide rich and colorful services to users; The capacity of the UICC needs to be enlarged; and the bandwidth and stability of the external interfaces should be enhaneed.
