针对使用DS18 B20作为热量表的温度检测传感器测量时输出离散性大、器件一致性差的问题,采用线性插值方法对传感器的温度测量精度、线性度等进行软件补偿,可将传感器的测量精度由±0.5℃校正到±0.1℃,解决了数字温度传感器的配对使用问题.该研究取代了热电阻等温度传感器,简化了温度检测的硬件电路,降低了电路功率损耗.
For big output discreteness and poor device consistency issues of DS]8B20 ( temperature detection sensor of heat meters), we employ linear interpolation method to compensate temperature measurement accuracy and linearity with software. It can increase measurement precision of DSISB20 from ±0.5℃ to ±0.1℃, which solves the problem of pair match of DSI8B20. The research replaces traditional thermal resistance temperature sensor, simplifies the hardware circuit of temperature measurement, and reduces power consumption of the circuit.
