[目的]观察半夏泻心汤联四逆散治疗胃食管反流病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者半夏泻心汤联合四逆散（清半夏12g,白芍、枳实、柴胡各10g,大枣、黄连各6g,黄芩10g,干姜9g,太子参15g,甘草炙6g;肝胃气滞加香附、郁金各10g;寒邪犯胃减黄连、黄岑,加香附、高良姜、吴茱萸各10g;胃阴亏虚加石解、麦冬、北沙参各10g;胃热炽盛者加蒲公英、山栀炒各10g;食滞胃肠加山楂、神曲各10g,鸡内金30g;瘀阻胃络加赤芍、降香、丹参各10g;脾胃虚寒减黄连、黄岑,加饴糖10g,桂枝6g）,1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、RDQ症状评分（病情等级/平均得分）、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈32例,显效18例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。病情等级治疗前后差异显著（P〈0.01）。RDQ症状评分平均得分治疗前后差异显著（P〈0.01）。[结论]半夏泻心汤联四逆散治疗胃食管反流病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe BanxiaxiexinTang United Sini treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease treatment.
