目的：观察4℃低温冰箱保存的活性银离子抗菌液（银尔通溶液）在口服百草枯患者口腔护理中的效果。方法68例口服百草枯致口腔溃疡的患者分为观察组36例及对照组32例：观察组采用4℃低温冰箱保存的银尔通溶液口腔含漱；对照组采用常温保存的银尔通溶液口腔含漱。比较两组患者治疗后的口腔溃疡面积、口腔疼痛评分、对不同温度银尔通溶液口腔含漱的满意度。结果两组患者在口腔溃疡面积的治疗疗效上无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；观察组患者的口腔疼痛评分及口腔护理满意度较对照组有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论4℃低温冰箱保存的银尔通溶液能够保证百草枯患者的口腔溃疡治疗效果，并且能够有效减轻患者口腔疼痛，提高临床口腔护理满意度，为口服百草枯患者提供一种安全、有效、满意的口腔护理方法。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the effect of Yin＆#39;ertong stored in 4℃refrigerator in oral care of patients with paraquat poisoning.Methods A total of 68 patients with oral ulcer caused by paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into observation group （group A） and control group （group B）.Group A were administered with Yin＆#39;ertong stored in 4℃refrigerator, while group B were treated with Yin＆#39;ertong stored in normal temperature. Oral ulcer area, oral pain scores and satisfaction with the collutory were compared between the two groups.Results There is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of oral ulcer treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05）. But Oral pain scores in observation group is signiifcantly lower than those in control group, while satisfaction degree in observation group is significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. ConclusionYin＆#39;ertong stored in 4℃ refrigerator can guarantee the curative effect of oral ulcer.It also significantly release patients’ oral pain, and improve clinical oral care satisfaction, providing a safe, effective and satisifed oral care way in patients with paraquat poisoning.
