细胞电生理活动贯穿于生命过程的始终,肿瘤细胞因细胞膜结构及通透性发生改变,使肿瘤细胞表面电荷与正常细胞相比有很大的改变。细胞表面电荷通过静电引力影响细胞膜表面的功能蛋白进而介导细胞的信号传导行为。肿瘤细胞表面大量的负电荷可以引发肿瘤细胞自主的信号传导,产生肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移等恶性生物学行为。近年来很多研究发现通过影响肿瘤细胞表面电荷可以改变肿瘤的生物学行为。肿瘤细胞膜电荷是否可以作为一个潜在的抗肿瘤药物作用靶标,是肿瘤研究工作者亟待探究思考的问题,该文就近年来国内外关于肿瘤细胞膜电荷及以此为靶标开展抗肿瘤研究的有关热点问题及治疗进行概述,为广大肿瘤研究工作者提供参考。
Activity of cell electrophysiology runs through the whole life process,indicating its importance in the cellular biology.There is apparent difference between tumor cells and normal cell of their cell electrophysiology,because of the alteration of the membrane structure and permeability.Cellular surface charge affects functional protein through electrostatic attraction,and then mediates signal transduction,leading to tumor malignant behavior such as invasion and metastasis.Recently many researches have suggested that alteration of tumor charge could change malignant behavior.Tumor charge may be an important potential target of tumor therapy.So this article summarizes the correlative achievements in tumor charge and some hot spots,in order to provide reference for tumor research.
