目的:在H2O2胁迫下,研究玉米黄素增强成骨细胞抗自由基损伤的作用。方法:用H2O2作用成骨细胞,建立自由基损伤细胞模型。对模型组、药物组的细胞活力、SOD活性、ROS含量、LPO含量以及细胞膜流动性进行测定及比较。结果:模型组细胞活力、SOD活性、细胞膜流动性均比药物组有显著降低(P〈0.01),而ROS含量、LPO含量均比药物组有显著升高(P〈O.01)。结论:H2O2摄入会导致大鼠成骨细胞的氧化损伤,而玉米黄素可以预防或降低此类损伤对细胞的影响。
Objective: To study the effect of zeaxanthin on enhancing the function of anti-oxidative damage of osteoblast. Methods: MC3T3-E1 Osteoblasts were randomly divided in five groups, including a control group,a model group,a medication group(low-dose, medium-dose, high-dose), whose activity of cells and SOD,the content of ROS and LPO and membrane fluidity were tested and compared. Result: Compared with all medication groups,the activities of cells and SOD and membrane fluidity in the model group were significantly decreased( P 〈0.01). However, the content of ROS and LPO were significantly increased( P 〈0.01). Conclusion: H2O2 can cause oxidative damage of MC3T3-E1 osteoblast, but zeaxanthin can: prevent and decrease its influence.
