在金属矿山破碎围岩巷道的掘进施工中同时存在高压涌水作用,可导致重大安全事故.采用了综合掘进与支护的技术途径,首先对已施工巷道的注浆加固,改善掘进迎头作业条件,然后在此基础上实施超前探测和超前注浆,形成防渗加固帷幕后实施掘进施工,并在掘进过程中及时采用型钢支架和喷网作初次支护,尽量减轻对围岩的挠动,再在此基础上进行高性能锚固和注浆二次支护与加固,既提高了支护结构的承载能力,又改善了巷道破碎围岩的整体性和抗渗能力,较好地解决了巷道掘进施工安全和长期稳定的问题.
Excavation in metal mine roadways in broken surrounding rocks under the effect of high pressure water gushing may lead to serious accidents. Aiming at this situation, we used comprehensive excavation construction techniques to solve this problem. First, we reinforced the the constructed roadway by grouting to improve the head-on conditions. Then, we had an advanced detection and grouting to establish a good curtain functioning as reinforcement and seepage preventing to make the digging construction of roadways be brought into effect. During the digging construction, U-steel and shotcrete-mesh supports were timely used for initial sup- porting to reduce the negative effect on the cracked rock mass. After that, on the basis of ini- tial supporting, the secondary support of high-performance anchorage supporting and grouting reinforcement were carried out, which enhanced not only the carrying capacity of the existing support structure but also the impermeability of the surrounding rock. The comprehensive techniques have solved two problems, the construction safety in roadway excavation and the long-term stability.
