能源科学可以划分为能源硬科学与能源软科学两大类。能源软科学是以能源资源系统为研究对象的一门交叉学科,它以能源资源优化配置与高效利用为目标,是一门为了合理规划、开发和利用能源资源,以及解决与能源开发、利用相关的环境、经济、管理和社会问题而采用的理论与方法体系的总称。在初步界定能源软科学内涵的基础上,探讨了能源软科学的学科定位和特点,给出了能源软科学10个主要研究领域的内容框架,并对我国能源软科学的未来发展提出了一些政策建议。
英文摘要：
Energy science can be divided into ‘hard energy science（HES）’ and ‘soft energy sci- ence（SES）＇. SES is a cross-science that can optimize resources allocation and improve energy utilization. The definition and science nature of SES was discussed. Research framework of main 10 branch reaearch areas as Energy Economics, Energy Technical Economics, Energy System Engineering, Energy Environmental Science, Energy Law, Energy Financial Engineering, The Strategics of Energy, The Geopolitics of Energy, Corporate Energy Management, Energy Urbanology are given. The sug gestions about SES development are also put forward.
