本文研究了企业实施ERP过程管理模型。分析了我国企业ERP实施成功率不高的原因和现有ERP实施管理模型的不足,在此基础上,对企业ERP实施特点进行了需求分析,根据项目管理和企业信息化等理论提出了基于用户为主导的ERP实施管理模型。该ERP实施管理模型包括了整体规划和分步实施两大部分,每部分分为若干小步,每步都强调了用户在实施过程中的主导地位以提高实施效果。模型的实际运用效果表明模型能够有效解决实施中存在的问题,对于当前企业实施ERP具有指导意义。
