作为一种时效性、准确性较高的数据,电力数据特别是区域用电量数据被广泛应用于分析区域内经济发展水平、经济走势、产业分布状况及政策实施效果等科学问题,为决策者制定和调整宏观经济政策提供有力支持。为了应对日趋复杂的区域用电量数据分析及决策支持问题,文章设计并实现了一种具有用电量预测、用电量分析及电量数据维护等功能的决策支持系统,对系统的整体架构和模块划分进行讨论,并给出系统的静态模型和动态模型以刻画模块间的复杂交互语义。
The electric power data, especially the regional power consumption data, which are characterized by timeliness and accuracy, are widely used in the analysis of the levels of the regional economic development, economic trends, industry distribution and the effects of policy implementation, and they provides strong support for the decision-maker to draw up and adjust the macro-economic policies. In response to increasingly complex data analysis of regional power consumption and decision support problems, this paper designs and implements a kind of decision support system with functions of power consumption forecast and analysis as well as consumption data maintenance. The whole system architecture and module division are discussed, and the static model and dynamic model of the system are offered to depict the complicated interaction semantics of inter-module.
