以乳聚丁苯橡胶1502、溶聚丁苯橡胶T2000R和2557A为研究对象,以丁苯橡胶基础配方为依据,研究了热氧老化对不同结构丁苯橡胶阿克隆磨耗和DIN磨耗性能的影响。结果表明,热空气老化对不同结构丁苯橡胶阿克隆和DIN磨耗性能的影响不同。对于阿克隆磨耗性能,随老化时间的延长,1502硫化胶的耐磨性能提高,T2000R硫化胶的耐磨性能先升高后下降,而2557A硫化胶的耐磨性能随老化时间的延长而下降。对于DIN磨耗性能,1502,T2000R和2557A硫化胶的耐DIN磨耗性能都随老化时间的延长而逐渐降低,1502和T2000R硫化胶的耐磨耗性能随老化时间的延长明显下降,2557A硫化胶的耐磨耗性能下降却很小。加入防老剂可提高丁苯橡胶的阿克隆磨耗性能,但对DIN磨耗性能的影响却很小。
ESBR1502,SSBR T2000R and SSBR 2557A were used as the research objects and the effects of hot-air aging on their Akron and DIN abrasion were investigated based on their basic formula.The results showed that the effects of hot-air aging on the Akron and DIN abrasion loss were different with the structure of SBR.For Akron abrasion,with the aging time increased,it increased for 1502 vulcanizates,and increased firstly and then decreased to some extent for T2000R,while decreased for 2557A.For DIN abrasion,with the aging time increased,it decreased for all these three SBR vulcanizates.However,hot-air aging had only slightly effect on 2557A vulcanizates.The addition of antidegradants could improve the Akron abrasion of SBR,but had little effect on the DIN abrasion.
