提出基于光谱图像分析土壤和水有机氯农药残留趋势判断方法。首先,利用荧光光谱分析法分别对土壤和水进行紫外光照射,使二者能够反映出本身物质特性具有的荧光,通过荧光定量分析将已获取的标准物质和样品经过同样程序处理后,运用回归分析法绘制工作曲线对样品进行含量分析;其次,分别对不同地区土壤及不同监测站水源进行取样,利用光谱分析法对样品进行实验,参照标准物质有机氯农药含量与实验样品中残留的农药含量进行分析比较。实验结果证明,利用光谱图像分析法对土壤及水中的农药进行残留趋势判断,为环境改善及农业喷药作业系统提供数据基础。
In this paper,a method for the determination of residual organic chlorine pesticide residues in soil and water based on spectral image analysis is proposed.First of all,respectively,UV irradiation on Soil and water by using fluorescence spectrum analysis method,so that the two can reflect the characteristics of the material itself has the fluorescence by fluorescence quantitative analysis,will have the standard and samples after the same procedure,using the method of drawing the working curve of sample content analysis and regression analysis;secondly,respectively.Different areas of soil and water in different stations were sampled,tested on samples using the spectral analysis method,comparative analysis the content of pesticide residue standard substances of organochlorine pesticides and the content of experimental samples.The experimental results show that the method for the analysis of pesticide residues in soil and water were determined by using the trend of spectral image,provide the data base for environmental improvement and agricultural spraying system.
