目的:探究北京市公立与私立医院医务人员工作压力及其影响的差异。方法:以北京市具有代表性的某三甲公立医院与某私立医院医务人员为研究对象,从中分别随机抽取600名公立医院医务人员和240名私立医院医务人员围绕工作压力及其影响进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行对比分析。结果:北京市公立与私立医院的医务人员在挑战性压力和阻碍性压力无显著差异,但在二种工作压力造成的隐性缺勤行为存在显著差异。同时,公立与私立医院医务人员承受的挑战性压力与表现出来的隐性缺勤行为之间均不存在显著的相关关系,而其承受的阻碍性压力与隐性缺勤行为之间的相关关系明显。结论:公立医院与私立医院医务人员的压力干预可从干预阻碍性压力方面着手,通过重视责任、流程和职业发展三个方面,实行差异化干预。
Objective To explore the differences of job stress and its influences on the behavior of medical staffs between pub- lic hospitals and private hospitals in Beijing. Method Taking the medical staffs in a representative third - grade class - A hospital and a typical private hospital in Beijing as the research objects, this study randomly selected 600 public hospital medical staffs and 240 private hospital medical staffs in a questionnaire survey. Then, comparative analysis was conducted to compare he differences of two types of job stress and their influences on the behavior of medical staffs. Results there were no statistically significant differ- ences between the medical staffs in public and private hospitals in terms of challenging stress and hindrance stress, but there was significant difference in the implicit absenteeism behavior caused by the two types of job stress. Besides, there was no statistically significant association between the challenging stress and implicit absenteeism behavior among medical staffs in both public hospi- tals and private hospitals, but the association between hindrance stress and implicit absenteeism behavior was obvious. Conclusion The stress intervention of medical staffs in public hospitals and private hospitals can be carried out from the aspects of hindrance stress through paying attention to responsibility, process and career development inspecific intervention strategy.
