在分析滑板输送机结构和设计参数的基础上,提出了一种基于公理设计理论的模块化设计方法,该方法以公理设计为基础,根据用户的需求分析,确定功能需求集,建立滑板输送机的设计矩阵,将设计矩阵转化为设计结构矩阵,然后构建滑板输送机的设计关联矩阵,采用可拓聚类算法进行产品模块聚类,利用独立公理对模块进行功能独立性验证,最终得到满足功能和结构均独立的滑板输送设备模块,可通过模块的重构来实现滑板输送机的快速设计,提高了设计效率,降低了设计成本。
Based on the analysis for slide plate conveyor structure and design parameters,the paper puts forward a modular design method on the basis of Axiomatic Design Theory.With such method,the functional requirement set and design matrix for slide plate conveyor are established based on the users'demand analysis;the design matrix is converted to the design structural matrix,in order to build the design incidence matrix for pallet conveyors;finally,the module for slide plate conveyors meeting requirements with independent structures is worked out,to realize rapid design of slide plate conveyors through reconfiguration of modules,which can improve the design efficiency and reduce the design cost.
