柴油机燃用F-T合成柴油时的燃烧与排放特性分析

对一台增压中冷高压共轨的柴油发动机燃用煤基费托合成柴油(F -T 柴油)时的燃烧、排放特性和微粒粒度分布特征进行试验研究,分析了 F -T 柴油对发动机燃烧和排放的影响规律.结果表明,与国V 柴油相比,燃用F -T 柴油时因密度低,在喷油策略不做改变的情况下,转矩有所降低.同时,由于F -T 柴油主要成分为直链烷烃,燃料着火性好,十六烷值较高,滞燃期明显缩短,预混合燃烧阶段放热量减少,燃烧时缸内温度降低,有利于降低NOx 排放.F -T 柴油具有良好的燃烧特性,使CO, H C 排放和消光烟度大幅降低.十三工况排放试验中,CO, H C 和NOx 的加权比排放量分别降低了 5 1 .4 2 % ,45. 6 2 % 和14. 35% .不同负荷工况下微粒总数量浓度、超细微粒和核态微粒的比例均有所下降.所有这些对满足越来越严格的排放法规具有重要意义.

英文摘要:

An experimental study on the combustion and emission characteristics and particulate sizedistribution feature of a turbocharged inter-cooled high-pressure common rail diesel engine fueled with coalbasedFischer-Tropsch synthetic diesel fuel (F-T diesel fuel) is conducted to analyze the effects of F-T dieselfuel on the combustion and emission of engine. The results show that compared with State-V diesel fuel, whenF-T diesel fuel is used with the same injection strategy, engine torque reduces due to its lower density,meanwhile as its main constituent is straight-chain alkane, which increases its cetane number with goodignitability, the ignition delay period shortens, the heat release in premixed combustion stage reduces, and thecombustion temperature in cylinder lowers, helping to reduce the emission of NOx, and its good combustioncharacteristics make the emissions of CO and HC and smoke opacity greatly lower. With 13-mode test cycle,the weighted specific emissions of CO, HC and N〇x decrease by 51. 4 2 % ,45. 62% and 14. 35%respectively, and under different load conditions the total number emission of particulates and the proportions ofultra-fine particulates and nucleation mode particulates totally reduce. All these have great significance inmeeting increasingly stringent emission regulations.
