肾结石病是人类泌尿系统的一种常见病。而超声空化碎石是近年来备受研究人员关注的治疗方法。经实验研究,工程材料的机械特性会对空化磨蚀效果有很大的影响。本文针对不同机械特性的结石开展了结石抗空化能力实验研究,通过制作不同种类(机械特性)的人造结石,并且在一定的超声声场参数下,进行高强度聚焦超声波作用下的空化碎石实验,通过分析天平称重和由三维扫描测量体积测量了人造结石的质量、体积损失随时间变化的曲线,以研究不同机械特性结石的抗空化磨蚀性能。
Kidney stones disease is a common disease in human urinary system. In recent years, a method of treatment utilizing high-intensity-focused-ultrasound (HIFU) generated acoustic cavitation has attracted extensive research interest. Engineering experiences show that mechanical properties of materials have a great influence on the effect of cavitation. This article introduces an experimental research on the resistance of artificial kidney stones against acoustic cavitation generated by HIFU. Artificial stones with different mechanical properties have been made. In certain ultrasonic sound field parameters, a series of HIFU stone crushing experiments have been undertaken. Erosion rate was defined by mass/volume loss of the stones over time. Preliminary results are presented in this paper.
