可自适应膨胀防砂筛管性能评价试验研究

用自主开发的模拟试验装置对可自适应膨胀防砂筛管进行性能评价试验研究和工艺参数优选。试验研究与分析表明,采用可膨胀防砂筛网、砾石充填膨胀层和内支撑割缝筛管构成的复合防砂体系防砂效果明显;筛管砾石膨胀层充填厚度为25~30 mm时,能够保持较好的渗流性能;膨胀层砾石充填压力为15~20 MPa时,膨胀力恰当,能够有效实现筛套之间的零环空,保持较大的渗透率和流量;膨胀层填充砾石与地层砂中值比为7左右时,易于形成稳定砂桥,防砂效果好。可为油田防砂筛管的设计和现场应用提供参考。

英文摘要:

Sand control experiments and research were made to select the screen parameters;the simulation tester was developed.The results show that the sand control effect is obvious to use expandable sand control net,gravel packing zone and inner sustentative slotted screen to compose sand control system.The screen can retain good seepage capability when the thickness of gravel packing zone is about 25~30 mm.The screen can realize zero annular zone between the screen and bushing,and retain good permeability and flow rate when the gravel packing pressure is about 15~20 MPa.The screen can form steady "sand arch" easily,and gain the good sand control result when the gravel-to-sand median diameter ratio is about 7.The paper can give the reference for the design and oil field application of sand control screen.
