中文摘要:

针对复杂产品装配执行过程中物料流与信息流脱节的问题,提出一种装配执行过程Petri网模型,该模型用变迁描述装配状态和物流状态,用库所描述装配执行中的事件,并分别以装配Agent、物流Agent和RFID标签的形式来实现和反映装配状态和物流状态。实例研究表明,该模型可提高装配执行过程在线监控的实时性和准确性,增强离线监控的可行性。

英文摘要:

To solve the asvnchronv problem between the logistics stream and the information stream in complex product assembly executive process, an assembly executive process Petri net (AEP- PN) model was proposed. States of assembly and logistics were described by transitions. Events in the assembly executive process were described by places. They were implemented via logistics agent,assembly Agent and RFID tags ' state respectively. The example verifies that, the study can improve the real--time property and veracity of the assembly executive process online monitoring and control- ling, as well as enhance the feasibility of off--line monitoring and control.
