以蔗渣提取的半纤维素为原料,通过醚化反应制备出低取代度季铵型半纤维素。主要讨论了醚化剂3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHMAC)、催化剂NaOH用量对改性产品取代度的影响。当CHMAC与半纤维素的物质的量之比值为1.0、NaOH与CHMAC物质的量之比值为1.2时,得到取代度为0.02的季铵型半纤维素。通过红外、核磁共振光谱表征了改性前后半纤维素的结构。
Quaternary ammonium type hemicellulose with low degree of substitution was synthesized using hemicellulose isolated from sugarcane bagasse as raw material by etherification. The effects of etherifying agent 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CHMAC) and catalyst NaOH on the degree of substitution of modified product were discussed. When the molar ratio of etherifying agent to hemicellulose is 1.0, and the molar ratio of catalyst to etherifying agent is 1.2, the product of Ds (0.02) was obtained. Structures of the native hemicellulose and modified hemicellulose were examined by FT-IR and ^13C NMR spectroscopies.
