本文以我国高校教师为研究对象,构建职业认同与组织认同的概念模型,对职业认同与组织认同之间的关系,职业形象、工作自主性和组织环境对职业认同及组织认同的影响进行实证研究,验证职业认同与组织认同等变量的建构效度和理论模型的拟合情况。研究结果显示:我国高校教师的职业认同对其组织认同有显著的正向影响,而其职业认同受职业形象和工作自主性的正向影响较大,组织认同受工作自主性和组织环境的正向影响较为显著。
Based on the social identity theory,there are some deep studies on organization identity and professional identity. However, the previous scholars have studied organization identity and professional identity separately. And the findings of the relationship between university teacher's organization identity and professional identity are not found. An empirical study on interaction among professional identity, organizational identity, as well as professional image, job autonomy and organizational environment is conducted. The sample includes 290 university teachers in different Chinese university. The validity of professional identity, organizational identity, professional image, job autonomy and organizational environment is tested separately based on the preliminary study.The study proves that professional identity has a significant positive impact on the organizational identity. Professional image and job autonomy has a significant positive impact on the professional identity, while job autonomy and organizational environment has a significant positive impact on organizational identity.
