建立了包含时变啮合刚度、综合啮合误差和齿侧间隙等在内的齿轮传动系统非线性动力学模型.对模型进行了无量纲化处理,基于数值仿真,主要分析了时变啮合刚度和综合啮合误差对系统周期特性的影响.结果表明时变啮合刚度和综合啮合误差的改变使得系统的周期运动形式呈现多样化,随着参数值增大,系统的周期运动特性变得相对复杂.
Nonlinear dynamic model of gear system with the time-varying mesh stiffness,the mesh error and the backlash is considered.The model is dimensionless and the system is investigated based on the numerical simulation.The influence of the time-varying mesh stiffness and the mesh error on periodic characteristics of the system is mainly analyzed.The study shows that the forms of periodic motion are diversified as the time-varying mesh stiffness and the mesh error changed.As the parameter values increase,the periodic motion characteristic of the system becomes relatively complicated.
