车身间隙面差影响到整车的风噪、密封等性能,是影响车身质量的重要因素,而白车身的间隙、面差对整车的间隙面差影响较大。在分析影响白车身间隙、面差因素的基础上,通过3DCS软件建立了车门匹配区域间隙面差与各因素之间的偏差关系模型,并且对车门调整因素进行了工艺仿真与优化。最后通过实例验证了该模型的有效性。
The body gap and flush affect the vehicle' s wind noise, seal and other properties. It is an important factor affecting the quality of body in white. In this paper, the deviation relation model between the car door area' s gap and flush and various factors was established based on the analysis of the influence of the white body gap and flush by 3DCS software. The door' s adjustment is simulated and optimized. Finally, the validity of the proposed model is verified by an example.
