Health right refers to a right that citizens can receive health caring and health conditions.In China,current health right generally is in a state of rights poverty whether relating to vested rights,legal rights or reality right,and of which the poor system relate to health right is the true source cause.To eliminate the poor health right,the effective legal systems should be arranged.
