采用化学均匀沉淀法制备MgO、Fe2O3、Co3O4、NiO和CuO 5种常见金属氧化物催化剂,利用各催化剂与臭氧联用处理低浓度氨氮水,通过对产物的鉴定与分析考察各催化剂去除氨氮活性和催化氨氮产生氮气的选择性,分别采用了X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积(BET)表征催化剂的物相和形貌等特征.结果表明,MgO比表面积最大,催化活性最高,对氨氮去除率达90.2%,但氨氮降解产物大部分为硝态氮;Co3O4成细小絮体状,颗粒均匀较小,催化活性不是很高,但对产物氮气具有较高(17.2%)的选择性.
In the study,five kinds of common metal oxide catalysts such as MgO,Fe_2O_3,Co3O4,NiO and CuO were prepared by chemical homogeneous precipitation method.The low concentration ammonia nitrogen water was treated by the combination of the catalyst and ozone.The activity and the selectivity toward m olecular nitrogen w ere investigated through the identification and analysis of the product.The crystal structure and surface morphology of these catalysts were characterized through XRD,SEM and BET respectively.The results show that MgO had the largest specific surface area and the highest catalytic activity,its NH4^+-N removal rate reached 90.2 % while most products for NH4^+-N degradation were nitrate nitrogen.Co3O4 had small floc and uniform particles,which had higher selectivity(17.2 %) on N2 but lower catalytic activity.
