Known as the rapid non-destructive probe for studying plant photosynthesis,chlorophyll fluorescence analysis has been gradually put into use in studying the effects of stressful environments on plant photosynthesis and as it develops further on its uses will be widened. The paper introduces the basic principle of chlorophyll fluorescence analysis and summarizes the research advances about the uses of chlorophyll fluorescence analysis.
