减少建筑物的能源消耗和碳排放量是当今建筑学学科和建筑设计实践发展的重要方向,国内外学者在这一领域开展了大量的研究工作,取得了不少成绩。通过对国内外已有文献资料的研究分析,将目前已有的低碳建筑设计方法归纳为6种类型:基于数学模型的建筑性能模拟方法、单因素法、节能策略法、利用BIM技术法、建立评估体系法、结合类型学的方法。论文对上述方法的特点、适用范围进行了比较和剖析,一方面为建筑师的实践提供参考,另一方面为寻找具有科学性和更适合方案设计阶段建筑师思维特点的低碳建筑设计方法提供依据和思路。
To reduce the building's energy consumption and carbon emissions is an important development direction of architecture discipline and architectural practices nowadays, in which field domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research work and made great achievements. Based on the existing domestic and international literature research and analysis, the currently available low carbon building design methods are summarized into six types: the method of building performance simulation based on the mathematical model, the single factor method, the strategy set method, the method based on BIM Technology, the method by establishing the evaluation system, the method combined with typology. The paper com- pared and analyzed the characteristics and application scopes of above methods, on the one hand to provide a reference for architect's practice, on the other hand to provide basis and ideas to look for the new low carbon architecture design method which is more scientific and suitable for architect's thinking features in the phrase of conceptual design.
