针对目前机车车辆模拟式超声波检测仪器的不足,设计了一种基于FPGA和DSP的数字式超声波检测系统。整个系统由信号预处理模块、高速AD转换器和数据采集处理等模块构成,解决了超声波检测中的高速数据采集和处理的关键问题,实现了超声波信号的检测、处理和显示。试验结果表明,由于采用高速数字信号处理技术,不仅提高了检测系统的精度,而且系统运行稳定可靠,达到超声波信号检测要求。
In view of the disadvantages of current analog ultrasonic testing device,a digital ultrasonic detection system based on FPGA and DSP was designed.The testing system is composed of the modules of signal preprocess,high speed AD converter and data acquisition and process.Using the system,the key problems in digital ultrasonic detection,such as high speed data acquisition,process and display,were successfully solved.The experiment results showed that the detection accuracy was improved greatly with the application of high digital signal processing technique.In addition,the running stability of the system can meet the demand of ultrasonic detection.
