微粒碰撞噪声检测(PIND)试验是检测密封继电器内部是否存在多余物的一种有效办法。通过相应的试验验证方法来研究PIND极限试验条件。较强的PIND试验条件可以更好地激活多余物,但可能对密封继电器内部组件造成损伤。针对该问题,提出了一种基于电参数的密封继电器PIND极限试验条件验证方法,以两种型号的真实继电器作为试验对象,通过对比大量试验数据的统计结果,证明了冲击极限试验条件的存在,为密封继电器PIND极限试验条件的研究提供了一种简便有效的验证方法,为研究密封继电器的PIND最佳冲击试验条件奠定了基础。
Particle impact noise detection( PIND) is an effective way for detecting reminders in sealed relays.A corresponding test verification method was studied for PIND limit test conditions. The reminders can be better activated by strong PIND test conditions,but may cause damage to the internal components. An authentication method of PIND limit test conditions was proposed based on time parameters. Two models of real relay were used for study. It was proved that the limit test conditions were exist by comparing a large number of experimental data,which provides a simple and effective verification method and lays the foundation for the study of PIND limit test conditions.
