实验旨在研究纳米硒对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)生长性能、硒含量和营养组成的影响。在中华绒螯蟹基础饲料中分别添加0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8 mg/kg和1.6 mg/kg 6个水平的纳米硒,另设1.0 mg/kg酵母硒作为阳性对照,将中华绒螯蟹[(4.5±0.4)g]随机分成7组并养殖于(25±1)℃循环水系统中,饲喂90 d后,采样测定生长指标、可食部分硒含量、全蟹营养组成。结果显示:①与0对照组相比,添加0.2 mg/kg纳米硒可显著增加特定生长率、存活率(P〈0.05);②与0对照组相比,纳米硒显著提高了肝胰腺中硒含量(P〈0.05),但肌肉中硒含量差异不显著(P〉0.05);③与0对照组相比,添加0.2 mg/kg纳米硒可显著增加粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量(P〈0.05),并且全蟹的总氨基酸、必需氨基酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量显著提高P〈0.05)。饲料中适量添加纳米硒可促进中华绒螯蟹的生长性能,提高肝胰腺中硒含量及其营养组成,且添加量为0.2 mg/kg时的养殖效果和营养成分与1.0 mg/kg酵母硒组基本一致。
This experiment was to assess the effects of nano-Se on growth performance, selenium content and nutrient composition of Eriocheir sinensis. Basal diets of crabs were supplemented nano-Se atsix different levels of 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mg/kg and 1.6 mg/kg respectively, with 1.0 mg/kg seleniumyeast as positive control. Crabs [body weigh:(4.5±0.4) g] raising in the circulation water system [(25±1) ℃] were randomly divided into seven groups. After 90 days, samples were collected to determinevarious indexes, such as growth performance, selenium content of edible part, nutrient compositionfrom whole body. The results showed as follows: ① Dietary nano-Se supplemental level at 0.2 mg/kghad most significantly enhanced effects on specific growth rate and survival rate(P〈0.05); ② Dietarynano-Se made a positive contribution to enhancing selenium content in hepatopancreas(P〈0.05), butthere was no significant difference in muscle(P〉0.05); ③ 0.2 mg/kg nano-Se supplemental level hadmore increased effects on content of crude protein, crude lipid, total amino acids, essential amino acidand unsaturating fatty acid than those of other nano-Se supplemental level(P〈0.05). A moderate amountof nano-Se can promote the growth performance, selenium content in hepatopancreas and nutrient commental level is 0.2 mg/kg and its effects are similar between 0.2 nano-Se and 1.0 mg/kg selenium yeast.
