以硅烷偶联剂作为活化剂,在PVDF/CA共混膜表面接枝PEI(聚乙烯亚胺),并以环氧丙烷和氯化苄分别叔胺化和季铵化共混膜,对其表面进行改性以使其具备抗菌能力.SEM表征与抗菌性能测试结果表明:对共混膜表面季铵化改性后,共混膜具备了抗菌性能;共混膜的抗菌率随着改性膜浸泡在菌液中的时间增长而提高,抗菌率达到了90%以上,经酸洗后的抗菌膜抗菌率可达到80%.
This article used the silane coupling agents as the activator and grafted the PEI on the surface of the PVDF/CA blend membrane. Moreover, the surface modified by using epihydrin as the tertiary amination reagent and benzyl chloride as the quaternary reagent so as to possess antibacterial ability. The results of SEM characterization and antibacterial property testing indicated that the blend membrane obtained the antibacterial properties after quaternary ammonium PVD/CA blend membrane and the antibacterial rate improved with the increase of immersion time of the antibacterial membrane in bacterium suspension. Antimicrobial rate reached more than 90%. The antibacterial rate of antimicrobial membrane also can reached 80% after pickling.
