目的研究小鼠耳蜗螺旋神经元上5羟色胺(serotonin,5-HT)1B受体的表达并探讨其意义。方法采用成熟昆明小鼠耳蜗石蜡切片,运用免疫组化技术检测耳蜗螺旋神经元上5羟色胺1B受体的表达。结果实验组小鼠耳蜗螺旋神经元胞浆内显示阳性表达信号,阴性对照组未发现阳性信号。结论5羟色胺1B受体存在于听觉传导通路的第一级神经元,支持5羟色胺作为其递质,对神经兴奋性起着重要的调节作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of serotonin. (5-HT) receptor 1B in spiral ganglion and its' significance. Methods In the cochlear paraffin slides, The immunohistochemistry technique was used to locate serotonin receptor 1B in the spiral ganglion. Results Apositive signal was showed in the experimental group, as a negative signal was showed in the control group without serotonin receptor 1B antibody. Conclusion The results demonstrate that the spiral ganglion neurons contain serotonin receptor lB. It strongly indicates that serotonin as a neurotransmitter plays an important role in regulating neural activity.
