Apterospervna oblate is an endemic and rare species of Theacea and little is known about it before. Investigations on the biological characteristics （i. e. reproduction, morphology, phenology） and its environmental condition and detailed distribution were carried out by the authors and reported in this paper. Some suggestions of conservation is presented based on the evaluation and analysis of its status and endangered situation.
