目的:研究改性后的纳米HAP粒子的血液相容性。方法:采用化学沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石溶胶(HAP-sol)。以聚丙烯酸纳(PAA-Na)为稳定剂。通过体外溶血试验和血淋巴细胞毒性试验(MTT法)来评价HAP-sol的血液相客性。结果:红细胞溶血率在0~3%之间。细胞毒性分级为0级或1级。纳米HAP-sol对血红细胞无溶血作用。也没有明显的细胞毒性效应。结论:以PAA-Na为稳定剂。纳米HAP-sol有良好的血液相容性。纳米HAP-sol用于静脉注射药物有一定的安全性。
Objective: To study the hemocompatibility of the modified hydroxyapatite (HAP) nanopartiele. Methods:Nano hydroxyapatite sol was prepared b) using chemical precipitation. Used PAA-Na as the stabilizer. Hemolytic test and lymphocyte toxieity test in vitro were conducted for evaluating the nano hydroxyapatite sol of hemoeompatibility. Results:The hemolytic rate of RBC was 0 tllytie effect and prominent eytotoxieity effeet toRBC. Conelusion: Used PAA-Na as the stabilizer, nano hydroxyapatite sol has good hemocompatibility. It is safe that nano hydroxyapatite sol is used as a drug via intravenous injection.
