目的探讨氯化镧体外对不同肿瘤及正常组织细胞活力的影响。方法采用MTT法检测氯化镧对肿瘤细胞系Hela、Caski的体外抑瘤效应及对正常细胞系HUVEC、脂肪干细胞ADSCs体外毒性。结果氯化镧浓度大于5μmol/L时对宫颈癌细胞Hela即有明显的抑制作用(P〈0.05);低浓度组(5μmol/L)对Caski生长略有促进作用,其后随着氯化镧浓度的增高抑制作用愈见明显,与对照组有显著差异(P〈0.05)。而这一浓度范围内的氯化镧对正常细胞系HUVEC、ADSCs无明显毒副作用,相反可促进细胞生长。结论一定浓度的氯化镧对肿瘤细胞的生长增殖有明显抑制作用,而对正常细胞的生长则有一定的促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of lanthanum chloride(LaCl3) on tumor cell lines and normal cell lines in vitro.Methods MTT was employed to detect the cell viability of Hela,Caski,HUVEC,as well as the ADSCs cells in vitro,these cells are all treated with LaCl3.Results The growth and proliferation of Hela cells were inhibited significantly by LaCl3 at the concentrations above 5μmol/L compared with the control group(P〈0.05);as for Caski cells,5μmol/L of LaCl3 improved its growth slightly,but the growth and proliferation were suppressed gradually when the dosages of LaCl3 increased from 25μmol/L(P〈0.05).LaCl3 did not show any cell toxicity to the HUVEC and ADSCs cells but promoted the proliferation of them in the certain concentration range.Conclusion A certain concentration of LaCl3 can inhibit the growth and proliferation of tumor cell lines,but it has the property of promoting the growth of normal cells meanwhile.
