A stochastic model for AIDS is considered in this paper. We give a condition under which the solution of the corresponding stochastic logistic equation will tend to the trivial solution asymptotically with probability 1 no matter how strongly the environmental disturbance is. Our conclusion together with Roberts and Saha's make up of a full analysis of the stochastic model for AIDS transmission.
