The authors consult 63 studies on chemical constituents of genus Nauclea. Then various chemical constituents are classified according to their structural features. The chemical constituents of genus Nauclea are alkaloids, triterpenoids, iridoids, phenols, organic acids, steroids, flavonoids and so on. The main chemical constituents of genus Nauclea are alkaloids and triterpenoids. The study and summary of researches on constituents of genus Nauclea will contribute positively to better utilization of medicinal resources.
