在常压开放体系下,以水作为溶剂,利用微波辅助加热方式合成结晶度高的纳米方钠石。使用X射线激光衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对实验结果进行表征,比较不同的反应时间、温度和硅铝比对合成结果的影响,优化反应条件。当硅铝比为2.8、反应温度为75℃、反应时间为100 min时,合成了粒径在30 nm左右的纳米方钠石。
Under normal pressure open-system, microwave assisted heating method to synthesize high crystalinity nano sodalite with water as solvent was used. The different synthesis conditions ot nano sodahte are descrlpt by X-ray laser diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy( SEM), compare different reaction time, temperature and Si/Al ratio effect on the synthesis result. Based on the above results, the reaction conditions were got opti- mized, when the Si/Al ratio 2.8, the reaction temperature is 75℃ ,reaction time is 100 min, the particle size about 30 nm nano sodalite was synthesized.
