针对大型注塑机零件用的大型球铁件的生产,采用喂线法对铁水进行球化和孕育处理,研究纳米SiC孕育包芯线对大型球铁铸件的孕育效果、组织及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用纳米SiC包芯线孕育,可有效减缓大型球铁件的孕育衰退,相比传统的硅铁孕育处理,处理后铸件组织中石墨球化率、球化等级以及石墨化等均有改善,同时基体组织晶粒更加细化,铸件的力学性能也提高明显。
In this study,we used nano-SiC-cored wire in the balling and inoculation treatment process of liquid iron in the production of large plastic injection machine parts,made from large ductile iron castings. We then investigated the effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the castings of adding nano-SiC to the inoculation.Our results show that nano- SiC-cored wire can effectively slow down the inoculation fading of large ductile iron castings. Compared with the traditional Fe Si inoculation,nano-SiC-cored wire improves the grain refinement,mechanical properties,graphite size,and spheroidization rate of the castings.
