目的 探讨师生动态双向互评法在临床护理教学质量控制中的应用效果.方法 将2013年实习护生158人设为实验组,2012年实习护生183人设为对照组.实验组采用师生动态互评结合教学质量检查的方法进行教学质量控制:带教教师对护生进行综合评价,护生对病区带教工作及带教教师履职情况进行评价,每2个月1次;护士长考核带教教师的履职情况,每月1次;教学质量检查,每2个月1次.对照组采用发放教学工作满意度调查表结合教学质量检查的方法进行教学质量控制,每2个月1次,护士长考核带教教师的履职情况,每月1次.结果 实验组护生出科考试成绩显著优于对照组(均P<0.01);全院各教学单元临床教学质控成绩不断提高(P<0.01).结论 师生动态互评法应用于临床护理教学质量控制,提高了护生的学习成效及临床护理教学质量,达到了教学相长的目的.
Objective To explore the effect of dynamic teacher-student mutual evaluation in clinical nursing teaching quality control. Methods Totally, 158 students practicing in 2013 were treated as the experimental group and received dynamic teacher-student mu- tual evaluation in combination with teaching quality inspection to control teaching quality: teacher comprehensively evaluated student and student rated ward clinical teaching and teacher's fulfillment of duty every two months; head nurse examined teacher' s fulfillment of duty every month; and teaching quality inspection was conducted every two months. One hundred and eighty three students practicing in 2012 were treated as the controls and received teaching quality control through teaching quality satisfaction survey and teaching quality inspection every two months, and through head nurse's evaluation on teacher's fulfillment of duty every month. Results The scores of tests which were performed at students leaving the practicing departments were significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group (P〈0.01 for both). The teaching quality in all units was significantly im- proved (P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of dynamic teacher-student mutual evaluation in clinical nursing teaching quality control, improves nursing students' learning outcomes and clinical teaching quality.
