在水火弯板过程中利用脉冲电磁力可以对钢板施加一定频率、近似为连续的约束力,不仅能够改善钢板高温加热条件,提高钢板成形效率,而且有利于加工控制和提高成形精度。根据电磁力辅助水火弯板的实际需求,介绍了电磁力辅助水火弯板控制电路的设计思路和各分支电路的功能,并利用数字示波器和5V、12V和20V电源对设计电路实物进行了信号输出检测和分析,结果验证了电路设计的正确性。
In the process of line heating, a certain frequency and approximatively consecutive force of constraint can be applied to steel plates by using pulsed electromagnetic force. It can not only improve the condition of steel plates heated at high temperatures, improve the efficiency of steel forming but also be conducive to the process control and improvement of the forming accuracy. According to the actual needs of electromagnetic force assisted line heating process, the control circuit design ideas of the electromagnetic force assisted line heating device and the function of its branch circuits are introduced. After using a digital oscilloscope and 5v, 12V, 20V power to detect and analyze signal output of the material object of circuit, the results verify the correctness of the design of circuit.
