面向盾构机在复合岩土层掘进波动载荷特性,对其冗余驱动推进系统采用不同的分组策略是盾构机机械系统顺应性设计的一种重要方法。以某典型复合式盾构机为对象,建立复合式盾构机掘进过程中刀盘载荷等效模型,采用并联机构力传递方程,建立考虑盾构机切削机理和机械系统的Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,分析复杂地质条件下掘进时冗余驱动推进系统不同分组策略下载荷传递特性,提出基于地质条件的推进系统分组策略,为盾构机顺应性设计提供指导。
It is significant for the shield machine to excavate stably in complex geology structure by using the various grouping strategies for the redundant drive thrust system since the resistance loads applied on the cutter-head fluctuated frequently. The equivalent resistance loads on the cutter-head was built based on the mechanical behavior of the individual disc cutter and drag bit. The model of the load transmission in the redundant drive thrust system was established via of the theory of parallel mechanism. The simulation model in Matlab/Simulink environment coupling the re- sistance loads on the cutter-head and load transmission model was given. The behavior of load transmission for the re- dundant drive thrust system considering the various grouping strategies was simulated and investigated when the shield machine excavates in the complex geology structure. The design of the grouping strategies for the thrust system of shield machine was proposed based on the special complex geology condition, which can provide the guide in the compliance design of shield machine.
