In today＇s society, mobile communication has been very popular. In a special scene （such as drug pushing, multi-level marketing, human trafficking and other criminal gangs）, mobile phone communications amongthis people have a certainrule. According to classifying the suspects, defining the call activeness and attention index, this paper using the maximum active degree, minimum active degree and minimum attention threshold, can quickly tap the potential core suspects and intermediate contacts, and experimental data also prove this.
