英文摘要：
The dissertation analyze the change process of ST competitive strategy thinking of United States through the collection and in-depth research of the political rhetoric,the research reports,and important ST strategies in recent years,which formed by U.S.government departments,Congress,think tanks,industry enterprises,etc.The results show that the U.S.strategic thinking to ST of China has evolved from simple ＂containment and confrontation＂ to ＂attention and reflection＂,and to the current ＂integration and coexistence＂.
