Hamilton-Jacobi equation is a semi-classical foundation equation. It can describe various particle's semiclassical dynamic behavior,and it is helpful for us to understand the origin of Hawking radiation. This article will use semi-classical Hamilton-Jacobi equation and two kinds of general tortoise coordination transformation to study the scalar particle's and fermions' tunneling of n-dimensional charged Vaidya black hole. We can calculate the tunneling rate and the Hawking temperature near the horizon. The Hamihon-Jacobi equation can depict various particle's semi-classical dynamic behavior. Compared with the old condition, we find the new general tortoise coordination transformation more reasonable.
