以DE值为11的糊精和丁二酸酐为原料,采用干法制备糊精丁二酸酯,通过探讨反应温度、反应物摩尔比和反应时间,确定了最佳合成工艺参数。红外光谱表征表明,糊精和丁二酸酐发生了酯化反应。水泥基材料测试结果表明,糊精丁二酸酯可有效降低基准水泥水化放热速率峰值62.3%,对水泥凝结时间略有延缓作用,但对后期强度基本没有影响。
Dextrin succinate ester was prepared by dry method with dextrin which had a DE value of 11 and succinic anhydride. The effects of reaction temperature,reactant molar ratio and reaction time on the products were investigated in order to ascertain the best parameters of process. Infrared spectrogram showed that dextrin can react on succinic anhydride to form an ester bond. The test result showed that dextrin suecinate ester could efficaciously decrease the peak value of hydration exothermic rate of standard cement by 62.3%,extended the setting time of cement slightly,hut had nearly no influence on the later strength of mortar bars.
