采用浸渍的方法制备了SO4^2-/ZrO2/Mo-MCM-41,通过XRD、FI-IR及Py-IR对合成的材料进行了表征。结果表明,负载后的介孔分子筛与Mo-MCM-41相比,仍具有介孔结构且具有良好的长程有序性,具有大量的B酸和L酸中心。将合成的材料用于催化合成松香甲酯,结果表明,SO4^2-/ZrO2/Mo-MCM-41具有较好的催化活性,较适宜的反应条件为n(松香)∶n(甲醇)=1∶4,反应温度220℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂用量0.2 g(占松香质量4%)。
SO4^2-/ZrO2/Mo-MCM 41 was prepared by dipping method and was characterized by XRD,IR and Py-IR. The XRD results show that the material is still of the char-acters of mesoporous and range tidily after SO4^2- /ZrO2 was introduced. IR and Py-IR results show that the prepared SO4^2-/ZrO2/Mo-MCM-41 has a lot of B and L acid centers.Rosin methyl ester was synthesized using rosin and methanol as starting materials and SO4^2-/ZrO2/Mo-MCM-41 as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of catalyst and n(rosin) : n(methanol) on reaction results were examined. The obtained optimum conditions were n(rosin) :n(methanol)= 1 :4,reaction temperature 220 ℃ ,reaction time is 3 h,dosage of catalyst 0. 2 g(accounting for 4 wt%of rosin).
