对豆油甲酯/0号柴油混合燃油的瞬态喷射过程进行了试验,采用高速摄影与相位多普勒粒子分析仪技术分别对喷雾锥角与液相贯穿距的变化、喷雾中心轴上轴向速度与径向速度的变化以及油滴粒径的分布情况进行了测试分析,并进一步对热强化条件下较大比例混入豆油甲酯的混合燃油雾化特性进行了试验.结果表明,常温下混合燃油豆油甲酯混入比例超过50%,雾化情况会明显恶化,对混合燃油进行热强化处理能使混合燃油中豆油甲酯体积分数为75%的燃油(B75)表现出较好的雾化特性,热强化温度达到473K时的雾化特眭接近0号柴油.
Transient injection process of SME and diesel blends was investigated in this paper. High speed photography was used to study the transient spray cone angle and spray penetration. The axial velocity, radial velocity and distribution of particle size were measured using phase-Doppler particle anemome- ter (PDPA). Spray characteristics were clarified especially for the blend with large proportion of SME un- der high temperature condition. Spray atomization will deteriorate when mixing ratio of SME is over 50%. B75 shows good atomization with thermal enhancement prior to injection. B 75 exhibits a similar atomization to 0# diesel at fuel temperature of 473 K, but the influence of axial velocity on spray is weakened.
