目的:观察四君子汤及其拆方对D-半乳糖(D—gal)诱导小鼠衰老模型的免疫调节作用。方法:用D-半乳糖诱导小鼠衰老模型,采用花环和脾淋巴细胞转化试验(MTT法)测定模型小鼠红细胞免疫和T细胞免疫功能;采用试剂盒对丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)等氧化抗氧化指标进行检测。结果:四君子汤能显著提高D-半乳糖诱导衰老小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化能力(P〈0.05),显著提高C3b孙花环率(P〈0.05),显著降低IC花环率(P〈0.05),并能显著提高其血清SOD及GSH—Px活性(P〈0.01),显著降低血清MDA含量(P〈0.05)。结论:四君子汤党参、白术对D-半乳糖(D—gal)诱导衰老模型小鼠有免疫调节作用,而茯苓、甘草无明显作用。
Objective : To observe the immunomodulatory effects of codonopsis, atractylodes macrocephala, tuceahoe, broiled licorice and sijunzi decoction on D-galaetose-induced aging mice. Methods: The models of aging mice were induced by D-galactose, the garlands and splenic lymhocyte transformation test (MTT) were used to determine the ability of erythroeytes immune and lymphocytes conversion; The content of maleic dialdehyde (MDA) , activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione pemfidase(GSH-Px) in serum were dectected. Results: Sijunzi decoction and its disassembled prescription codonopsis could significantly increase the ability of T lymphocyte transformation( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Atractylodes macrocephala and sijunzi decoction could significantly enhance C3b garlands ratio (P 〈 0. 05 ) and decrease IC garlands ratio( P 〈 0. 05 ) on D-galactose-induced aging mice. Sijunzi decoction significantly increased the activity of SOD and GSH-Px (P 〈 0.01 ), and decreased the content of MDA in serum( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction and its disassembled prescription codonopsis, atraetylodes maerocephala can improve the immunomodulatory effects on D-galactose-indueed aging mice; but tuceaboe and boriled icoriee have no obvious effects.
